Lets look at what you get 'FREE' that others might charge for.

• You will receive a 'Terms of Engagement' contract stating my obligations to you, with a full list of my services and fees. There will be no hidden extras.

• I will come to you, evenings or weekends to guide you through the process and take your instructions. This will take about 1 to 2 hours.

• I will travel up-to 30 miles from my office in Locksheath, Hampshire at no extra charge. I will travel to the Isle of Wight but the ferry fare will be extra.

• Once I have taken your Instructions I will draw up the Will and send it to you as a draft for your perusal.

• Once the Will is completed, It will be printed and bound.

• At your convenience I will return to your house or place of work for the 'signing and witnessing'. For this, you will need to provide two witnesses who are not mentioned in the will. This usually takes no more than 1 hour.

• You will be contacted immediately if there are any changes to the law that may affect your will, and every 3-4 years to check for any changes that you may have to make.

• Your Will should be completed within two weeks, providing I have all of your instructions and wishes.

So, for a small investment of time and money, you can write what
you want in your Will, protecting your loved ones whilst enjoying
peace of mind.
